Remote Link v3.0 - Production Batch Update

Navigating to the Production Batch Update page through Add – Batch:

On the main project page when you click to show the Production Tracking section you will notice an 'Add - Batch' button to the right of each station.  Click this button to open the Production Batch Update page for that station on a separate browser tab.

Production Batch Update Main Screen:

The Production Batch Update page lists all of the material remaining to be completed for that station.  It is the exact same list as appears if you expand the station and click the Add button - that existing function remains and works as it always has. The quantity is colored in light grey, showing the total quantity available.

Updating a Production Record:

Simply click on the QTY field for the desired records and enter the quantity to update, then select the employee that completed the work from the COMP BY field. After the quantity is input, the record is highlighted in GREEN.  Optionally enter the HRS and BATCH ID for each record.

Note: Displays at the top of the page keep a running tally of the total selected quantity and weight.

Acknowledging “Successfully updated” records:

When you are ready click the Update button at the top of the page to submit the selections to the server.  If successful then the page will display a brief message “Successfully updated,” and then the records will disappear automatically to show only the remaining records and quantities and you can continue with any additional entries.

Utilizing the Search by MainMark functionality:

A Search By MainMark box is available at the top of the page where you can enter any text to search by main mark.  Only the records that contain that text somewhere in the mark will be shown.  So you can enter a 'C' and it will only show records that have a 'C' somewhere in the main mark.

Utilizing the Update All functionality:

At the top of the page, all records can be updated with the same information by using the Update All options. If a COMP BY, QTY, HRS, or BATCH ID is entered with data in the Update All field, the information is then applied to all of the records in the grid. Alternately for QTY, there is the option to hit MAX QTY, which updates all the records to the maximum available QTY.

The CLEAR ALL button allows the user to start fresh, by clearing any information that may have been entered but not yet Updated.

Note: When a drawing file is available the MARK becomes a link to open that drawing.
