Remote Link v3.0 - Shipping Batch Update

Navigating to the Shipping Batch Update page through Add – Batch:

On the main project page when you click Shipping Status->Loads->Show Unshipped->Material, you now have the 'Add - Batch' button in addition to 'Add' and 'Add Additional.'  Click this button to open the Shipping Batch Update page on a separate browser tab.

Shipping Batch Update Main Screen:

The Shipping Batch Update page lists all of the material remaining to be shipped for the project.  It is the exact same list as appears if you click the 'Add' button - that existing function remains and works as it always has. The quantity is colored in light grey, showing the total quantity available to ship.

Updating a Shipping Record:

Simply click on the QTY field for the desired records and enter the quantity to update. After the quantity is input, the record is highlighted in GREEN and the quantity available to ship is then listed in parenthesis as Begin QTY.

Note: Displays at the top of the page keep a running tally of the CURRENT BATCH, which represents items selected to update, but have not yet been updated. It also keeps a running tally of CURRENT TRUCK, which shows what has been previously updated.

Acknowledging 'Successfully updated' records:

When you are ready click the Update button at the top of the page to submit the selections to the server.  If successful then the page will display a brief message 'Successfully updated,' and then the records will disappear automatically to show only the remaining records and quantities and you can continue with any additional entries.

Utilizing the Search by MainMark functionality:

A Search By MainMark box is available at the top of the page where you can enter any text to search by main mark.  Only the records that contain that text somewhere in the mark will be shown.  So you can enter a 'C' and it will only show records that have a 'C' somewhere in the main mark.

Utilizing the Update All functionality:

At the top of the page, all records can be updated with the same information by using the Update All option. If the MAX QTY button is hit, then each line is set to the maximum shippable quantity. Alternately, if the QTY is set to 1, each line in the grid is set to the QTY of 1.

The CLEAR ALL button allows the user to start fresh, by clearing any information that may have been entered but not yet Updated.

Note: When a drawing file is available the MARK becomes a link to open that drawing.
