Pick List

When you go to Prepared Cut List, you have a line item per each bar to cut. But now you have also an alternative page for the pick list to show a summary of the material needed to be pulled to complete the cuttings.

In the Pick list we have the same columns structures as in the cut list plus some more information that could help to find the material and know the inventory status.

To better explain this, below, box number 1 is where you can find the job number, cut list name, and status of the cut list. Box number 2 is where you will find what material is already available in your inventory and what is not received yet. Then, in box number 3 you are able to find the location for the inventory material.

This Pick List is a diminishing list, meaning materials needing to be pulled disappear as you process and update the cut list. For example, if we cut one piece of W12x22 and refresh the page of the cut list, that piece will not be there anymore.

In this way the cut list provide a quick view of what is not done yet.

Cut List Material Selection Enhancements

On the main project page, when you click prepared cut lists -> (Select the piece to process) show - > Process, now you have different options to select the piece to cut.

Now you are able to pick the right piece not just by the heat number. Now you can pick first any of the other data in any order (PO, BOL, Location, 2^nd Location, Part Number).
